Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns: We accept returns on all products within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- The product must be returned with the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Return an Item: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sharklit9@gmail.com. You will be provided with return instructions. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned items unless the item is faulty or damaged.
3. Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange process. If the item you want to exchange is not available, we will offer you a refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sharklit9@gmail.com with details and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a full refund or an exchange at no extra cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on items that have been used, worn, or altered in any way. Gift cards and certain personal items may also be excluded from returns.
